Profhilo® is essentially a hyaluronic acid (HA) moisturiser, which when injected gives you long lasting results and younger looking skin. It’s the ideal treatment for those over the age of 30, which is when you start to lose a significant amount of collagen, elastin and HA.
Unlike other dermal injectable treatments, Profhilo® is a skin booster and not a filler for lines or volume. It contains hyaluronic acid to rehydrate and plump your skin from within, which is what makes it far more effective than any topical moisturiser that contains hyaluronic acid.
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance found in your body that degrades as you age. Hyaluronic acid is responsible for maintaining moisture within your skin and many cosmeceutical products contain this active ingredient.

Microneedling is a non-invasive but extremely effective rejuvenation treatment which harnesses your skin’s natural ability to repair itself. Using very tiny needles to puncture the surface of the skin, it stimulates a healing response, causing your skin to kickstart its collagen and elastin production. Microneedling treatment uses small needles to create tiny punctures in the skin, which then triggers a wound healing response that renews the skin cells. As part of this, collagen and elastin are produced and give an almost immediate plumping effect.
You will see a plumping effect almost immediately, however the natural healing process takes time, so it can take up to six weeks before you see significant results.
Microneedling can help improve the appearance of a variety of skin conditions, including scars from acne, it can rejuvenate tired and dull skin and combat the initial signs of ageing, as well as visibly reduce fine lines and wrinkles on the face as it triggers collagen production.
Before your microneedling treatment you should avoid the use of self tanning products for up to 48 hours, and avoid sun exposure and the use of skin products that contain vitamin A or retinol for 24 hours.

Pigmented lesions also known as brown spots, sun spots, liver spots and age spots are a common skin concern and can vary in size and can occur on the face and body. Pigmented lesions can occur for a variety of reasons ranging from skin damage and sun exposure and creates a patchy discoloured look to the skin. Thankfully these can be removed or lightened with our IPL treatment, this will give your skin a more youthful even colour and tone. Normally 1-3 treatments are required for optimum results.
During the treatment a layer of cool gel is applied to the skin and the IPL is then pulsed over skin. This shatters the excess pigmentation making it appear darker immediately after the treatment, this will then form a thin crust over the treated area and will gradually flake off within a week leaving the area lighter or completely removing the excess pigmentation. This treatment can be used on single pigmented areas or be used on areas where there are multiple pigmented marks and sun damaged. If you are having multiple spots treated this will also reverse sun damaged skin by evening out the skin tone and texture.
